Off-the-track horses · Second careers

The Artspire Project

It started with one horse.

We help off-the-track horses find the right next home, with honest profiles that show who each horse is, what they’re suited to and what they need. Artspire was the first.

01 — Where it started

One horse, told honestly.

Artspire raced six seasons as a Standardbred pacer and made 184 starts before a suspensory injury ended his career. After months of careful rehab, it was clear he would only ever do light work, but he still had plenty to give: he’s gentle, curious and happiest with his people.

Finding him the right home meant telling his whole story, not just the easy parts: his history, his soundness, what he’s suited to and what he isn’t, his daily care and his health records. So we built him a profile that does exactly that.

The Artspire Project gives other horses the same chance.
